Does VELTI really remove 97% of chlorine?
Yes. Independent SGS laboratory testing (report NBF20-009993-02) confirmed 97.05% chlorine removal at both 7,500 litres and 15,000 litres of filtered water.
Why seven stages when other filters claim 15 or 20?
Stage count isn't what determines performance — media quality is. VELTI's seven high-density stages are each chosen for a specific purpose, and the SGS results confirm the outcome: 97% chlorine removal.
How long does the filter cartridge last?
Typically 6–9 months for an average household (60–100L of shower water per day), up to 12 months depending on water quality and usage. Each bundle includes a spare cartridge.
Will it fit my shower?
Yes — VELTI fits all standard Australian shower head connections, including fixed, rain and handheld types. Installation takes under two minutes with no tools.
Will it reduce my shower pressure?
No. VELTI is designed to maintain your existing water pressure.
What's included in the test strips, and how do they work?
Each bundle includes 50 chlorine test strips. Dip one in your water — it turns from blue to white within 1–2 minutes if chlorine is present, so you can see your results before and after installing the filter.
What's the difference between the White and Chrome versions?
Same filtration performance and bundle contents (2 filters, 2 cartridges, 50 test strips) — just a different finish. White is $99.99, Chrome is $111.99.
